Other cases told me that a verification notification was sent to me in August 2022, but I did not receive it, and there was no performance notification or email address. Moreover, the account was registered in October 2022, so I have reason to suspect that the account was restricted by mistake.
No-one here can help re your verification - this is not Amazon, just a forum of other sellers. You need to open a case with Seller Support 'Help'.
