TBH if you receive a call from someone saying they are Amazon and you can understand them, it will be a scammer.

I wonder about the Whois info - you’d have to be a pretty stupid sort of scammer to register a scam domain with your own details.
It’s like a bank robber shouting ‘come and get me, coppers!’.
