I have just had a email to say my very small balance is on it way and then a minute later I got another email telling me I have limited access to my account as my charge method is invalid?

My debit card (Mastercard) is in date and doesn’t expire untill next June, I have no other form of payment? I have opened a case log number: 9815274472

Hi, recently my account finally got verified after three months of waiting. Now, I have to upload a payment method, but I'm stuck in a glitch. When I click on 'invalid method', it doesn't allow me to proceed to the section where I can input all the details, and no other options are showing up. Even when I click on "manage all my inventory", it takes me back to the "invalid charge method" page. Because of this issue, I'm unable to contact Amazon support for help. Can anyone please help me with this?

Account completely locked due to this error, including no access to contact Amazon Seller Support. Our account has been deactivated following an issue with product authenticity that we have been struggling to resolve since March.

As it has been outstanding for so long, we have some monies outstanding which I have requested a disbursement request.

To validate the disbursement request we had to confirm our charge method, in doing so we received an Invalid Charge Method against the pl market place.

Now we cannot get past the Invalid Charge Method despite entering a valid card and details. We are completely stuck - cannot get rid of Invalid Charge Method error and this has stopped us from getting access to Account Health and proceeding with our reactivation submission. @Seller_z3k8APxGfbQEKcan you help at all?
