Auto returns and blocking a buyer
I have a buyer who has most likely ordered the wrong item, £2.49 + £2 shipping. They’ve opened a defective return which I know is false, the product I sell cannot fail, it is what it is.
Anyway, I don’t wish for this buyer to be coming back when they want the correct item, is there a way to block buyers like there is on ebay?
The worst of it is that Amazon auto accept the return, before I can explain to the moron that the item isn’t defective, his means of testing it works is, and issue him with a £3.35 return label.
Just one more reason to hate amazon.

You cannot block buyers. If you believe you have proof a false return reason has been used, wait until the item has been returned (and don’t forget refund at first scan will take place) and open a safe t claim to get back the cost of the return label.

Sooo, I make a post thanking everyone for their past help, and criticising amazon, only for it to have to be approved by a moderator. This is exactly why my next few mouse clicks will be closing this account.
Peace, Love, meh.
