Yes it is.

Go to Add products via upload
Download Spreadsheet
Update Price and Quantity
Select the country you wish to change the prices
Download the sheet.

Then go to Reports
Inventory Reports
All Listings Report

Then you take the sku’s from the inventory report, pop them in the price update file with your new prices and then re-upload.

To re-upload, go to Add products via upload
Upload your spreadsheet
Select the file

Done.
