Ungated in toys without doing anything

Hi can anyone help me.
I am a new seller 3 months. I have found I’m ungated in toys , Lego and others already without seeking approval.
I have been told there is a seasonal gate . Does this apply to FBM orders only or FBA .
I am currently buying for q4 but worried I may get regated at the worst time and not be able to shift my stock.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi Buywise_Trading
The holiday selling requirements for the Toys and Games category has always been for seller-fulfilled listings (FBM). Orders that use Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) are not subject to the holiday selling requirements.
2021 dates should be confirmed soon.
