My account is deactivated

Right after registration my account got deactivated. But the seller subscription fees was already charged from my credit card. I submit documents for verification but still no response. Today I submit again and got an email that the verification was successful. But when I log in, its not verified. It already been 1 month since registration and I really don’t want to continue this seller account. I feel it was useless. I contacted the seller support multiple times in this month. I asked for refund of the seller fee and to delete my account, because I am really annoyed of this platform. But no answer at all. Please help me!

You’ve been charged because you, probably accidentally, signed up to Amazon’s Pro seller account, instead of the Individual seller one. It happens to a lot of sellers. You need to log in to your seller account, click on “Settings” at top right and you’ll see some FAQs. The first one is “I signed up to an account by mistake…”. Click on that and it will tell you what to do. If you want to keep your selling account but not pay the £30 a month, ask for it to be downgraded to Individual.

That is normal practice while your account is verified. One month to do this is also normal and at the moment, with what looks like hundreds of new sellers opening accounts, it’s taking even longer. It doesn’t help to keep contacting Seller support as that probably puts you to the back of the queue again. You just have to wait. Sorry
