Partnered carrier from US. Who is ECMS Express?

We have been shipping from the US for many years, usually a pallet once or twice a year of DVDs of over two hundred SKUs. Keeping all SKUs in stock at sensible levels has been quite difficult.

Shipping small quantities has not been feasible until recently, in our FBA page there is now a partnered carrier option available from USA to UK using ECMS Express. This would allow us to ship in just a few mix-SKU cartons per month and would greatly simplify our inventory management and would be a perfect fit. However, I don't know anything about ECMS Express and would like to hear the experiences of other users.
