Still Awaiting Verification

Hello,

I received an email on the 25th December asking to update information regarding account identity and was asked to resubmit a bank account which up until then was fine receiving disbursements. Since then, every time I have tried to initiate a disbursement, the funds go back into the account level reserve and no disbursement is made. I assumed this is because the account was still ‘awaiting verification’ which did say it can take up to 15 days. It has now passed 15 working days and he account is still saying ‘awaiting verification’ and I haven’t been able to receive ANY disbursements since Christmas. Contacted Seler support who said ‘they’re looking into it’ and have not been helpful at all. Please can someone help, case 10721508122

Hello, I have the same problem and have not had a disbursement since early December. The dashboard shows bank account information 'Verification in progress' longer than the 15 days BUT I received this email from 'Selling on Amazon' on 6th February 'Your bank account information has been verified. You can now disburse your funds to this bank account after assigning it to a marketplace.'

This is the bank account I have used for many many years for Amazon disbursements.

The most recent case number was 10793887862

I am also seeing this message on my dashboard

You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services You have at least one bank account pending verification

I am receiving very few orders compared with usual

I would really appreciate someone looking into this for me.
