Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation - Your On-Time Delivery Rate is 87.5%; the target is 90%.
Hi Forum people,
Anyone any advice on this completely frustrating measure Amazon introduced? I woke up to this message this morning on my Amazon Seller account @Ezra_Amazon
Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation
Your On-Time Delivery Rate is 87.5%; the target is 90%.
To avoid deactivation of your seller-fulfilled offers, monitor your performance metrics and maintain rates that meet minimum standards. Go to the Customer Service Performance and Shipping Performance page for more details.
So this is what I get for 5 star rating on seller feedback over last year, Valid tracking rate of 100%, late dispatch rate of 0%, order defect rate of 0% odr FBM and FBA, pre cancellation rate of 0% but on-time delivery rate of 87.5% which as sales for me are really slow, meaning this is actually 14 out of 16.
I am not sure that holding me to account as a seller for Royalmail's parcel delivery performance is fair seeing as these 2 issues occurred when there was snow
am I missing something? Amazon is going to looking to deactivate my whole account for 2 parcels which the courier didn't deliver on time, that no customer complained about......
make it make sense
thanks for reading, any advice would be good

Looks like my account is going to be suspended also over this - after selling for 7 years.
I have added 1 day shipping time to try get this number above 90 - only other option is sending them via rm 24 instead of 48 but then the profit will be so low it's not worth selling anymore.
Sad times

Hi MadebyMandy,
Not sure if this helps...
"On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) Protection
Amazon offers OTDR Protection when you use all three tools simultaneously [➚]:
Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) - automated delivery templates
Automated Handling Time (AHT) - automatic processing time calculation
Buy Shipping services - Amazon’s shipping label service
With these tools, late deliveries won’t negatively impact your on-time delivery rate, protecting your account health."
All Best

We have this issue too, and we use all 3 of Amazons OTDR protection tools, and we only use Amazon shipping. My case was also closed and vanished by Seller Support when I questioned it, case 12150271452.
There was one day when Amazon shipping were delayed in scanning the parcels, I can only assume there was some technical issue, because of this our account is flagged, so much for OTDR protection, the system has failed yet again. @Ezra_Amazon

You may need to adjust your preparation/dispatch time to extend your delivery time frame. Amazon wants us to ship as soon as possible, but it is up to you to decide how fast you can send out your orders.

I have my settings at 4 day dispatch and transit set 2 to 3 days, I have automated shipping settings turned off. I usually dispatch around the 3rd day so this ensures items arrive on time, sometimes though if I find myself running a bit behind say day 4 then I will ship via Royal mail 24 even though my settings show royal mail 2 to 3 days. This all works for me as my delivery is 99.22%, only think this is not 100% because I missed a letter off a tracking number. So I'd say you can sort the issue out but it will probably take a few weeks for data to catch back up if you adopt some changes

I also have this same issue. My parcels are posted out same day or at very worst the next morning before the post is collected. I only have the option of Evri as the royal mail barcodes cannot be scanned by the local post office (common problem apparently).
I called seller health and they told me exactly what @Seller_19xPhE8YgkmxW said and enroll for all 3.
I have my dispatch and delivery times se as high as possible - very frustrating!
