About stop selling in Spain, Italy, Netherland, Belgium, Poland and Turkey
We would like to stop selling in Spain, Italy, Netherland, Belgium, Poland and Turkey. We would like to sell only in UK, Germany and France. How can we close the countries that I mentioned above without closing main marketplaces?

I am Sakura from Amazon. Welcome to the Seller Forums.
All European stores are part of one Seller Account that belongs to the Europe Region. It's not possible to close the other countries, but you can enable Holiday status there.

You can find there the checklist for what to do to make sure that other stores are not active and would not impact your active store.
