"Rejected by Buyer" before dispatch. HUH?
Ok, so the Amazon guy just came to collect our SFP packages, but one of them scanned as “DO NOT COLLECT”, so he handed it back to me and I’ve looked up the order. Everything on the page looks normal except for under status it says “Rejected By Buyer”.
Wth does this mean? There is no cancellation request, there has been no refund made or request, there is no A-Z case (how could there be…) there is no return request… You can’t cancel after 30 minutes without sending a cancellation message and the order was processed hours ago.
I’m going to call SS, but feel I may as well use a Mystical Gypsy for advice, for all the use that SS are and no matter what they tell me I doubt I’ll believe it anyway.
Has anyone actually come across this before and knows what it means?

All customer service for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders is handled by Amazon.
So I wouldn’t be surprised if your customer somehow managed to refuse the shipment this way, expecting you to refund.

As it was SFP I would imagine the customer was able to cancel the order as it had not yet been dispatched.

We get this also we are SFP so when you go to refund the reason is set at customer return so should not affect metrics

Thanks for the replies, I’m glad others have seen it before, we’ve been on SFP for over a year but this is the first time I’ve seen this.
All comments very much appreciated, thank you
