UK Account deactivated

Hi,

My UK account deactivated by Amazon as they found another account with same name and I don't recongnise anyother account. I have informed them couple of times and they are asking below.

"To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation."

I am not sure what document I can send them to prove that other account doesn't belong to me?

Also, can someonw guide me how can I call Amazon UK to discuss my Seller account issue?

There's an account with your name registered to Amazon US. It seems to have stopped selling in 2020. Worth looking at that as a starting point, as there's a business name and address viewable on there.
