Bought shipping with Evri
Hi, can anyone enlighten me on what I need to do to send a parcel I have please? Recently bought shipping from Amazon for the first time for a standard parcel via Evri and after taking it to a drop off point the scan would not work.
The status of the order is ‘waiting for collection’. Do I need to arrange for a collection instead?

Unfortunately several reports of this issue
If drop shop refuse to take, you need to cancel shipping and buy postage elsewhere
