Read onlymy account is deactivated due to (Drop Shipping Policy and Seller Code of Conduct)
i never did drop ship on any amazon market .
AMAZON deactivate all my account Uk , USA . Canada , France Germany , Spain Italy
please help any one
Amazon should have sent an email with the reason for the deactivation, and any deadlines or requirements for appealing.
Can you let us know what it said in the deactivation notification so we can try and help.
As you can't charge the customer more than what they paid when they purchased your item, I suspect the issue is customs fees. So if the customer had to pay customs to release their item, the fault is yours, as I mentioned before. You need to refund that payment to the customer. Have they contacted you about it?
Maybe they want you to send them proof that you purchased the goods from a wholesaler and not from a dropshipper. So, send them your purchase invoice for that item.
Send them other invoices which show that you purchase your items for delivery to your business address and not direct to your customers.
