Shipment to XUKA not checked in since 3rd November
My shipments have always gone to BHX4 with no issues but the option I had at start of November was XUKA, Whitehouse Industrial estate, RUNCORN. I always deliver with DPD who had the shipment refused twice. finally it said it was signed and recieved by Mike on 30th November. Its now 20th Dec and not checked in yet.However i sent another shipment 3 days ago to BHX4 and its all been received and checked in. Amazon have provided no help so far. Any ideas anyone?

BHX4 is just a reception and redistribution centre: anything you send there will have to be moved somewhere else, so the check-in at BHX4 is only part of the process and your goods may not go live any quicker than those sent direct to a normal warehouse. And are you really expecting fast service in the month before Christmas? I suspect that most FC staff are working flat out to get stuff out of warehouses and on to customers, not into them

Is this a pallet shipment or a small parcel shipment?
XUKA seems to be a DHL facility as opposed to an Amazon facility. I am assuming it is a holding area for Amazon rather than an actual Amazon fulfilment centre.
It is admittedly a long time to wait for a shipment to be checked in.

its a small parcel shipment. According to DPD, it was rejected on the first 2 occasions because it wasnt on a pallet which i found strange considering i hardly ever ship on pallets. they finally accepted the parcel but ive heard nothing since. ive raised cases and was told it wasnt tracked.i provided tracking numbers and update the shipment and still nothing. ive raised another case today

further update folks. so i rang DHL instead and got through to a manager who said it was rejected because its a big and bulky site. I gave them the name of the person who received it and apparently the only person who goes by that name is the security guard so the security guard accepted it thinking it was for staff or something along those lines and its been sitting in the gatehouse since. im awaiting a call back from the manager at DHL now. will keep you posted.
