Protect your FBA shipment by following our box guidelines
Every shipment to Amazon Fulfilment Centres must be sent in a minimum of 5-ply cardboard box with 7.75 mm thickness.
To reduce the possibility of damage during transit when sending heavy items, we recommend that you use a 7-ply cardboard box. Avoid leaving empty spaces within the box.

Yet, after following all guidlines, your staff in the warehouses will still steal and say we sent less items than what is mentioned . every single consignment to Delhi warehouses are reported by your staff as some items missing , even if we send just one ASIN at a time , first get your act together then try forcing your policies on us , you never could stop the ATS easy ship team from stealing so we were suggested by you (Amazon) to get into FBA , but this is the same , yes definitely less than the EASY SHIP but still there. very dissapointed
