UPC product does not match
good afternoon, got a slight issue listing a product, the upc code i have is already in use on amazon yet the product is not the same. i have seen there are reviews all saying the same thing, when the item is delivered it was not as described. how do i create a new listing with the correct details whilst trying to keep everything to the correct bar code. currently it is also not being sold and has no costing yet to put my stock onto amazon i would need this listing to either change or deleted

Best advice sell the stock elsewhere. When amazon works its fine when it has an issue like this its impossible you will spend more time going round in circles trying to get this itemlisted.
Best hope is to cheat the system get your own upc and list it via your own brand. This will be fine until the bots find you and you get the item delisted.
Best Action dont buy any more stock and shift what you have on Ebay.
