Read onlyI have lost 90% featured offer/buy box overnight. I was winning the buy box on all every of my listings, however now i lost 90% buy box, despite being cheapest, only one seller and FBA, great seller account health & performance metrics. Exactly the same... have 99% of product on one asin and featured offer removed on the 27th April. Health good and historically my account is the biggest seller on ASIN... still have some inventory being loaded on the asin too which means my money is hugely tied up on something that isn't selling.
Tried seller support but got the usual generic, non related response.
Do i wait it out for a bug fix when Amazon accept they have a problem and resolve (if ever) or do i recall all of them (there is alot) and try to relist?
I just cannot believe that Amazon aren't addressing this...I am close to closing my store. The support is just hopeless. I cant buy any more stock until this is resolved and i shift the stock i have dumped on an asin that is going nowhere until the featured offer issue is resolved.
