VTR Issue Again 14th January

Anyone else had shipments marked as invalid on their VTR overnight??

Overnight we have had nearly 100 shipments marked as invaild, when 100% of the labels have been purchased via buy shipping.

Opened a case with support now have to wait and see what pointless pre-typed response we get.

I think this may be the final nail in the coffin to depart from this farcical site

Yes. My VTR dropped from 99.7% to 71% overnight.

I checked my data and it looks like they have decided that some items, which had valid tracking yesterday, now have invalid tracking. All purchased using Buy Shipping, btw.

This is clearly a glitch of some sort.

Yes, VTR dropped from 100% to 75.4 overnight, all purchased through buy shipping and never had an issue before.

Same. I think this must be an issue with Amazon as lots of others reporting it

I have checked the report downloaded and have thousands of them purchased through Amazon and its looking like its all Large Letter 48s that have not been scanned by Royal Mail when they have delivered them. So my question will be to Amazon why when i go to purchase shipping labels do they offer Large Letter 48 as default?

The same thing has just happened to us. I've never had an issue, not changed anything and the VTR has gone from 100% to 64%. I don't know what to do to sort this.

Yes, I have woke up to a sudden drop to 84% VTR even though all shipping purchased through Amazon.

Fingers crossed this is just a glitch as I have no idea how to improve this

Same issue here, account health specialist of no use, hoping its a technical issue.

I am in the same boat, I have also noticed that Royal Mail track and trace system is not working, could that be related ?

I'm guessing this is just a glitch. There are changes coming in tomorrow for VTR on International shipments. It's probably just something done by accident while updating the system for that change.

Everyone should start cases with support so the mistake is more visible. The individual cases won't get satisfying replies, but a sudden surge of cases on this topic should get the situation reviewed by someone.

My VTR has dropped overnight from 100% to 75% and have received multiple emails from Amazon stating my listings are at risk of being deactivated. I have purchased every single label through Amazon Buy Shipping.
