Reviews Not Showing in Other Amazon Sites
Hi All,
I have recently added my best-selling UK product to the new European Amazon sites, but the star rating and reviews are not showing (as they do for all my other ASIN’s). As there are over 2,500 reviews you can imagine this is frustrating!
I have been corresponding with Amazon customer services but as usual, getting a proper answer out of them is like pulling teeth. After they sent me the predicable blurb instructions regarding brand registration etc. I finally got a slightly more helpful answer:
It’s still rather vague. Does anyone know what they mean by this:
“”…it looks like you have not submitted a full update for the given ASIN after brand registry approval."
Can anyone guess what might need updating on the listing?
