This usually happens when your handling time settings don't match across all areas of your account. A few things to check:

• Shipping templates — Verify that your shipping template has the correct 1-day dispatch time set. If you have multiple templates, make sure the correct one is assigned to the affected listings.
• Order handling capacity — Check your order handling capacity settings under Shipping Settings. If same-day cut-off times are enabled, orders placed before the cut-off may default to same-day dispatch.
• Listing-level overrides — Some listings may have individual handling time settings that override your shipping template. Check the affected ASINs directly.

If everything looks correct on your end and the issue persists, contact Seller Support with a few example order IDs showing the mismatch so they can investigate whether it's a system-side issue.
