VAT changes from 1st August

I wanted to check regarding the VAT changes on Amazon for sellers. As you're aware, there will be VAT charges on seller fees and fulfilment fees.

If my country of establishment is in Dubai, which is outside of the UK and EU, and I continue selling in the UK, will I still be charged VAT on my fees?
