Criteria/regulations for two amazon selling accounts from the same address ?
hi, what is the criteria/regulations in having two amzon uk selling accounts from the same address? Can you sell the same brand and under the same category on both accounts? What do I need to be careful about in order to not have both accounts being shut down? thankyou.

Amazon have a video on this with goes to lengths to explain that it is possible to have mulitple accounts if there is a legitimate business reason to do so.
The reasons they state are...
1 - A seller wishes to sell different brands from different store front names
2 - A seller is selling products manufactured by two distinct and separate companies
3 - An amazon program requires a separate account. The example they give here is amazon renewed
It is unlikely you will be able to sell the same brand on multiple accounts.

Why would you want to sell the same brand in the same category from two different accounts ? - cannot think of any legitimate business reason for doing so - unless I am missing something.
