Buy shipping in bulk - Royal Mail - not working

for quite sometime we can not buy shipping in bulke for say Royal Mail letter/large letter format items.

We have tried everything we can think of and will not work, so have to do them 1 by 1!

(packages/next day etc) all work in buy shipping in bulk? just the letter and large letter

help?

I just uninstalled the QZtray printing app and reinstalled it and everything is back working ok now.
