Hi, we are receiving the below error when createing FBA shipments for a new item, we have sufficient storage capacity:

'This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfilment centres in the destination country capable of receiving the product.'

Has anyone else face this issue?

Its for both AGL shipments and regular FBA shipments.

We have all the correct information, and hazmat/GPRS all correct.

Hi everyone, my account is currently deactivated. The reason is that we don't have a VAT number.

So we can't upload products and we can't create shipments to ship to FBA.

However, when we submit the VAT number application service to the third party, they ask us to provide the relevant information.

In this way, we entered a paradoxical ground. If we want to apply for VAT, then we have to upload the products and create the shipments to ship to FBA, but if we want to ship to FBA, we have to recover the account first, but recovering the account requires a VAT number.

How can we solve this?
