Children’s Toys: Food and Product Safety Issues - DUE BY NOVEMBER 1ST
All our items (400+ ASINS) have been flagged for "Children’s Toys: Food and Product Safety Issues" this comes into effect on 1st November (notified yesterday, so thanks for the late notice :( )
All items are already tested, but I can not see where to upload the testing documentation, you are given 2 options -

Should I appeal or fill in the details of our testing house in verify your product? Any why can't this be done by flat file I have to manually do this for all 400 ASINs

i have bad news for you. Every single one of those skus has to be third party tested and approved by amazon approved company. 300 to 500 plus PER sku. And each one will take monts. this is seperate from the safety docs u submitted. If u look on is amazon usa you will see how bad it is. And of course its amazon so they do in sepetmber and give you 1 month to do it. So you can pretty much kiss goodbye alal your xmas sales and move them to the bay. Amazon dont want small sellers anymore.

Anymore help on this matter?
It is very vague and not transparent
There is no place to upload anything
I have set up a TRF and sent the testing company DOC but no one is replying to me at all
it doesn't say that you have sent anything either to show amazon you have sent documents, it will be not our fault if we get no replies

Sadly, after 11 years of trading, if they enforce this policy there is no option now but to leave Amazon.
I can only assume they have now made a concious decision to no longer support small businesses at all.
It is already greatly affecting me as I don't want to take the risk of sending products in to the warehouse.

Hello No1_User,
This is Zyan from Amazon, and I am here to assist you.
I understand all your items (400+ ASINs) have been flagged for "Children's Toys: Food and Product Safety Issues" which comes into effect on November 1, 2025, and you were notified yesterday, giving you very late notice. All your items are already tested, but you cannot see where to upload the testing documentation. You are given 2 options and are asking whether you should appeal or fill in the details of your testing house in "verify your product," and why this cannot be done by flat file as you have to manually do this for all 400 ASINs.
I want to acknowledge your frustration and thank you for being proactive by already having all your items tested. I truly understand how stressful and overwhelming this situation is, especially with such late notice and having to manually process 400+ ASINs.
I want to educate you on an important point. When ASINs are flagged for Children's Toys: Food and Product Safety Issues, you will need to submit your testing documentation to prove compliance. Since you already have all the testing documentation ready, you have two options to resolve this.
I recommend you check for the appeal option on your Account Health page. If there is an appeal option available, you can submit your testing documentation through that appeal path. This will allow the team to review your documentation and approve your ASINs.
If there is no appeal option available, you can create a case with the Selling Partner Support (SPS) team by selecting the Help option from the top right corner of Seller Central. In your case, explain that all 400+ ASINs have been flagged for Children's Toys: Food and Product Safety Issues, you have all the testing documentation ready, and you need guidance on how to submit the documentation. The team will review your case and provide you with the correct process to submit your documents, and once submitted, they will approve your ASINs.
Regarding the flat file option, I understand it would be much more efficient to upload documentation for all 400 ASINs at once rather than manually processing each one. Please mention this in your case with the SPS team and ask if there is a bulk upload option available for submitting testing documentation for multiple ASINs.
The community and I are here to support you. Please check for the appeal option first, and if not available, create a case with the SPS team immediately to get guidance on the most efficient way to submit your testing documentation for all 400+ ASINs.
Regards,
Zyan
