Section 3 Account Deactivation

Good afternoon,

This is my first time using this forum, but i seriously need help,

Ive received an email from amazon saying that my account has been deactivated due to an authenticity complaint for one of the products that i used to sell, Im very confused now because i bought this product from what i believe to be a trusted supplier, before purchasing i always enquire with the supplier to confirm that the goods they sell are all authentic, in which they told me that they are authentic (im able to provide proof of this aswell).

I have been an amazon seller for almost 2 years now with a account health rating of over 250, 99% positive reviews, well over 10,000 units sold and this is enough to have my account deactivated ?.

I need help on how i should go about getting my account reactivated, the steps i should take, the information i should request etc, to ensure that this issue is sorted as soon as possible.

@Ezra_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Sarah_Amzn @Simon_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon @Julia_Amzn @Winston_Amazon @Jona_Amazon

All help would be appreciated.

Amazon's first request is usually for an invoice which I assume you have already been asked for, if accepted as being genuine and from the wholesaler or brand they expect to see for that product your account will quickly be reactivated. If not they may well ask for your suppliers invoice (prices can be redracted), they are looking to prove a supply chain leading back to the brand.

As an aside, asking a supplier if their goods are authentic would not class as due dilligence, would you really expect a supplier to say "no, the goods i'm offering you are counterfeit"?

Are they a UK supplier? Did you list on the correct listing?

Authenticity issues are still addressable, especially for accounts in this specific marketplace. In contrast to the stricter approach Amazon typically takes in the other marketplace, this market offers a higher likelihood of successful account activation.

We also got activated 4 months back.
