Lost all buy boxes overnight?

Hi all,

I have mentioned on here recently that the last 2-3 weeks have been horrendous for sales, almost totally non-existent. I had it down to children off school, holidays & a reported Google update. But things have still not picked up this week.

To add to my confusion, i appear to have lost every single featured offer/buy box overnight. I was winning the buy box on almost every of my listings, however now i don't have one, despite being cheapest, offering premium delivery (Not prime), great seller account health & performance metrics. Totally perplexed. Has anybody else experienced this?

This is becoming a big problem now.

this has happened to me everything ok at the weekend now no sales no boy box no visibility

anybody got any answers? i keep asking them at seller support they are useless

There definitely appears to be something amiss with the buy boxes lately,

I have saw quite a few listings with maybe 5 or 6 sellers,with the most expensive item winning the buy box ,even to the extent of winning over the fba seller, who has a lower price,

some of the other merchant fulfilled offers even have earlier delivery estimates with a lower price & free postage,

whilst the item winning the buy box has postage to be added on top of their higher prices,

it's very strange as to what is going on

Our account on the 27th of April also appeared all the shopping cart purchase button is missing, which affects us very much, consulting the customer service is also template reply, no use, very urgent!

Hi,

It's also happened to me recently. I've read multiple threads and open about 4 cases a day in a desperate search of help.

I have seen that a few people are fixing it by escalating the case to the pricing team, if you manage to do so... higher chances if you request a call.

There are also a few moderators around these forums gathering ASINs to see if they can help.

Finally, and still WIP, seller support has told me to change pricing by 0.01p of all my listings. The buybox algorithm runs updates every 48h. It may restate the status of your listing back to eligible for featured offer.

I haven't been able to fix it myself but I feel closer and closer as I see other people solving it.
