Account registration failed and unable to create account

This is for US registration. Already registred in Europe and provided the same documents to register in US. Any advice for me to deal with this?

Then probably those documents are not acceptable in the US. For example, it would be no good sending them your UK income tax details as the US site will need US tax details

Thank you for your reply, To be specific it was the bank statement that was not correct. amazon did not give the details why it was rejected. Launching 2 products with total worth of 12.000$ that is already shipping to Amazon UK. Was looking to expand to Amazon US and now it terrifies me that I will not be able to open an Amazon US account because I did not make any sales at this point. All help is very much appreciated because I’m pretty new to Amazon FBA and not know how to deal with it
