I'm studying in Switzerland, and want to sell product in Germany market, so I set up the Amazon seller account. However, when I want to sell product, I find that I have to have the ERP permission which need the VAT number. When I'm trying to get the VAT number I meet some problems, as it seems that only the company can register for the VAT number.

I wonder what I can do now? Registering a Germany company or Swiss company? or is there other way I can get the Germany VAT number without having to register company?

My own company is registered in German, it has its own HRB number and consequently VAT number. In the same time, I'm a citizen of the country outside of EU. When I tried to submit my company's VAT number to the Amazon it claims that I could not submit this information. It says that my personal ID (Which is different from the German ID number) number is INVALID.

How can I resolve this problem?

am I Seller Fulfilled Prime elegible in Germany with an Italian warehouse adress? And do I have to respect something special?

I am raising the question, as Italy is not part of the new SFP program, and the only approved carrier in Italy are BRT and TNT. So I am not sure if I can use the SFP program in Germany from a Italian warehouse.
