I have had my account deactivated since yesterday.

"Your Amazon.de selling partner account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement"

This is a product that was uploaded with others over a year ago, we never had it in stock. The only answer I got was that I have to prove that I did not violate the rules.

Deactivating an account in the current period is quite devastating, because of a product that was not even really on offer. No one has heard from me for 48 hours and is not responding to my request for what to do to fix the situation.

Do you have any information for me on how to proceed?

Last Friday, our Amazon DE account was deactivated because the information linked to our VAT number no longer matched for the following reason:

Our VAT registration number was rejected for one or more of the following reasons:

1. The 'legal name' on your Seller Central account does not match the information stated in the German Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt).

2. The VAT registration number address on your Seller Central account does not match the information stated in the German Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt).

After checking both pieces of information, we concluded that all the details were correct and the VIES registry also confirmed that our VAT number is indeed valid. It has now been three days, and our account remains deactivated.

Does anyone know what actions we can or should take?

My account was deactivated due to inactivity for a few months.

The reason for the deactivation is that I supposedly have another inactive account, and I must resolve the issue and activate that account first.

The problem is, I have only created one account.
