SFP Suspension without warning
Hi All,
Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but we are having ongoing problems with our SFP courier DPD where they fail to collect on random days.
Normally when this happens we will contact DPD via email who will reply and we will use this email as evidence when we eventually receive a suspension warning message from Amazon and our account stays active.
Recently though we are not getting these warning emails and we are instead just receiving suspension messages straight away and having to appeal to get our account reactivated. Strangely though the message does state: We have previously sent out notification email to you - but we are not receiving this.

Thats what happens when you use up your lives in quick succession.
What excuse does DPD have? Your collection should be programmed to the collection route?
