NO SALES FOR 3 DAYS

We sell designer clothing from brands like Armani Exchange, lyle & scott etc and have over 1500 sku all with inventory. We have now gone 3 days without a single sale.We have now turned off all ads due to it wasting money. The account is healthy.

I have opened cases with amazon saying something clearly isn't right. We have feature offer and competitive price for nearly all our listings.

I had this about 10 days ago. Back end of Amazon everything says active. But! When I went to look at the products on Amazon itself it said 'Currently unavailable - we don't know when this will be back in stock'. So basically what happened, is all the categories had changed, and my variations weren't valid any more. To fix it I've had to edit every item, add all the specifics, check I've a list price set and a valid tax code (list price very important). after a few days were all back to normal. It's been a complete headache and a slog to get all the info on there but good news it was fixable.

Hello @Seller_rm3Qk9WfNgpd3,

Thanks for reaching out — I can see you've been dealing with a really frustrating situation, and I want to help you work through this. Let's dig into what could be going on and what steps you can take right now.

🔍 First Things First — Let's Diagnose the Issue

Since your account is healthy and you're holding the Featured Offer on most listings with competitive pricing, this points to something more nuanced than a straightforward account or pricing issue. Here are the key areas to investigate:

Check Your Listing Visibility

Head into Seller Central > Inventory > Manage All Inventory and look for any listings showing a "Search Suppressed" status. Even if your account is healthy overall, individual ASINs can get suppressed without triggering an account-level alert. With 1,500 SKUs, it's entirely possible some have been quietly suppressed and are no longer showing up in search results.

Also worth checking: go to Seller Central > Growth > Fix Your Products — this tool surfaces listings that are inactive, suppressed, or in draft state that may not be purchasable by customers.

📋 Listing Quality — Don't Overlook This

With a large catalogue like yours, listing quality can quietly erode over time. Poor listing quality is one of the most common reasons for low conversion even when traffic exists. Here's what to audit:

  • Are all bullet points, titles, and descriptions complete and well-written?
  • Are your images high quality and meeting Amazon's standards?
  • Do your variation families (sizes, colours) all display correctly together?

Pro Tip 💡 — If you're Brand Registered (which you should be for brands like Armani Exchange and Lyle & Scott), you have access to A+ Content, and if qualified, Premium A+ Content. If you haven't set this up yet, now is a great time. You can access it via Seller Central > Advertising > A+ Content Manager.

A Brand Story is also a fantastic free tool — it appears on your detail pages under "From the Brand" and lets you link across your product range, which is especially powerful for a multi-brand catalogue like yours.

📦 Selling Designer Brands — A Note on brand approvals

Since you're selling brands like Armani Exchange and Lyle & Scott, it's worth confirming you have the necessary approvals in place. Amazon requires approval to sell in certain brand categories, and these can change. If any of your ASINs have been quietly restricted, they won't be purchasable even if they appear in your inventory.

Check: Seller Central > Catalog > Add a Product — search for any ASINs you're concerned about to see if an "Apply to Sell" option has appeared.

🛠️ What To Do Right Now

Here's a practical action list:

  • Check for suppressed listings in Manage All Inventory and Fix Your Products
  • Check for any policy notifications in your Seller Central Performance notifications — sometimes communications get missed
  • Keep your support case open — you're doing the right thing by escalating. If your case resolves and you would like additional review, feel free to share the case ID in this thread.

Regards,

- Manny
