Selling generic products from alibaba?
Hi there,
I wanted to get some info on whether I’m allowed to sell generic, unbranded products that already have a listing?
I found a product that I want to buy off of alibaba to sell on amazon. This listing on amazon doesn’t have any branding on the product or any differences from the one on alibaba. However in the description it does say that it’s a branded product and only one seller is selling it at the moment.
Do I have the right to sell on this listing also or is that against the rules?

I’d be very careful. Even if the listing is unbranded, the design may be patented and you could still end up with all sorts of legal trouble. Ali Baba is a minefield and in most cases, not worth it in my opinion.
