Amazon disbursements to South Africa
We in South Africa and have a seller account with Amazon UK and need to varify our bank account. When doing so, it takes us to a Hyperwallet registration. On Hyperwallet when we select South Africa as the country it defaults to our currrency ZAR to load banking details. We have a £ account operated through our South African bank and want to load those deals. Question is - Can you pay your Amazon UK disbursements into a £ account, even though you based in South Africa and if so how do you do it. Thanks

If your bank is in South Africa then I believe that you have to receive your payment in the local currency, you are not able to receive it in £’s.
You would need to open a UK account to recieve funds in £’s.
Hyperwallet
If you would prefer not to open a bank account in the country of another Amazon marketplace or a country or region supported by the Amazon Currency Converter, you have the option of using Hyperwallet, a third-party payment service provider offering currency conversion services. Hyperwallet makes local currency disbursements available in your country or region. You can receive the proceeds from your Amazon sales to a Hyperwallet deposit account, then transfer them directly to your bank in your local currency. Find out more about Using Hyperwallet with Amazon.
Note: If your bank account is not located in one of the countries or regions supported by the Amazon Currency Converter or Hyperwallet, Amazon may not be able to disburse payments to your bank account. You will need to open a bank account in one of the countries or regions supported by Amazon – either a bank account in one of the countries or regions where Amazon has a marketplace, or a bank account in a country/region and currency supported by Amazon Currency Converter, or create an account with Hyperwallet or other third-party payment service provider offering currency conversion services. Your use of Hyperwallet’s services is subject to their terms and conditions.
