Unable to sign in on my Amazon Seller account
Hello all,
When I tried to sign in as usual on my individual Amazon seller account I got this message:
“One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration”
My books are still listed on Amazon etc. but I’m unsure what this means and I have not received an email from them informing me of this ‘termination’.
Does anyone have any similar experiences, if so, does anyone have any suggestions as to how to rectify this as I’m going round in circles.

This doesn’t sound like Amazon terminology. Could it be spam? Can you access your account? Do you actually have more than one account? To progress you need to address all these questions.

Hello,
I’d love to be able to explain it, but I can’t! My theory is that Amazon realized that I had two accounts, cut one of them off and let me continue on a single account. It just seemed to resolve itself. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful. Best of luck and I hope it resolves itself.
