Amazon has lost 100 of my UNITS!!
Had 250 units of my product (Same SKU) sent to Amazon FBA from a professional supplier with no known problems. Split into separate boxes, UPS scanned and picked up all of them! Two of the boxes don't arrive, I can see they have been checked in at carrier facilities, so thought to myself that it would take some time and I had to be patient.
A month goes by, 100 units never reach my inventory. Amazon then decide to just CLOSE the case. No email, no support, no NOTHING. I'm then forced to try and reach out to their support team myself, and surprise surprise, they haven't responded to my ticket! So I'm just supposed to lose those 100 units and pay for the loss? This is insane.
Has anybody else had to deal with this? What did you do?
