Brand Approval error code

Hi, I'm trying to apply for brand approval (new seller) and each time I hit 'send' it says 

Error: 400 2026-03-02T11:25:07.254Z

Anyone have a clue why?

Before resubmitting, make sure all required fields are fully completed, your brand name exactly matches what appears on your product or packaging (it's case sensitive), and that any supporting images or documents meet Amazon's upload requirements. Sometimes simply refreshing the page and starting a fresh session can clear the error.

If the issue persists after trying again, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support directly and they'll be able to look into the specific error on your account and get you moving forward.
