Confused about prep of Case Pack Template
Hi,
Case Pack Template - where is Amazon FBA label the internal SKUs?
I have one 15KG outer box (Case) with four of the same SKU inside. All SKU inside are packaged in their own plain cardboard box, no label. 15KG outer boxes are in a warehouse and I want to label the case and send that to Amazon FBA. Then I want Amazon FBA to open the outer box (case) and label each SKU internally. Previously I have sent individual SKUs each labelled. This time I just want to send the outer box case and get Amazon to label the internal SKUs.
How do I organise to just send the large box and get Amazon to label the four inside boxes? I can’t see how to do this?

Thank you so much. However it is the ability to state that Amzon labels the inner SKUs that I can not change or find out how to change.
When I ‘Create new case pack’ under ‘Information/Action’ only option is
“No labelling required”
“Prep not required”
Where do I click or go so that I can state amazon label it?

That’s the point, the boxes inside do not have their onw barcode. They are 100% blank. So surely I need Amazon to label them but I can’t see how to do this without creating a whole new SKU?
