Read onlyRecently, the last 3/4 weeks I have seen a lot more ( 1 or 2 a day) "refund initiated" emails from Amazon. The emails details that Amazon have refunded a given order with a refund reason of Order not received or something similar. On every occasion a quick checks clearly shows that the goods have been delivered correctly and on the due date. All orders are shipped via the SFP buy shipping process and all orders are shipped with DPD. In all cases my seller dashboard shows a status of delivered and the carrier tracking shows delivered with image and correct GPS.
What on earth is going on? Each one of these means I have to take my time checking everything getting screen shots and opening and managing a safe-t claim. So far all safe-t claims have been paid. Anyone else seeing this or can anyone offer any explanation as to why this is happening
Hello @Seller_ZOZTdubuqFBLp,
What I understand from your thread is that you had an A-Z claim under “Order not received” granted to the buyer, but the product was actually delivered. If I'm right, please provide the order ID so I can have a look into the information and evaluate if we can submit it for re-investigation.
I'll be waiting for your response.
