How Edit Transit Time for Standard Shipping in Shipping Template

Hi,

The transit time for standard shipping for USA is 14 - 28 days. But I can not seem to adapt this transit time? Only the Expedited shipping transit time is adjustable. How can I adjust it for standard shipping?
