Can I reply directly to inbound-appeals@amazon.com?

After a video interview, I received an email from inbound-appeals@amazon.com asking for the same documents that I submitted before the interview.

The email provides no link of where to submit the documents. Should I reply directly to the email with documents attached? Will they read the email if I reply directly?
