List of products that do not have permanently affixed brand names
I am looking to sell washable pee pads with my brand.
I do not know whether or not I need permanently affixed branding.
I cannot find any more information about if that product would qualify as Certain products such as furniture, jewelry, soft toys, wigs, and handmade items, that might not have permanently affixed brand names.
If a moderator wants to take this over as an official list of products sold on amazon under a brand without a permanently affixed logo I think that would be helpful to other future amazon sellers

The brand name would be permanently affixed to your sealed packing box containing the product. It would also contain the GS1 UPC registered to your company/Brand, and any other information necessary. It would look like another boxed product found on any shelf in any retail store.
