Help! Sorry, this item can’t be sent to your selected address

Hi I Am Facing this issue

We Are A complete fba seller !

i was selling pretty well according to my products,
but suddenly after Christmas my sales went to zero i thought it might be due to European holiday but
suddenly i got a message from 2 ~ 3 buyers on january `13th that "whenever they add the item to cart it displays :: sorry items cannot be delivered to this location , "

seeing declining sales i have increased my budget of sponser ( and even after spending over 100 euros each days for 5 days i got zero sales normally my acos was 10 ~ 2 0 % ?

i am afraid is it amazon’s glitch particularly for me ?
any seller having faced the same thing ?

it would be really kind of someone can offer me a solution for it ?
sincerely

Can you provide an ASIN and an example of where the customer was - UK or EU?

You are not alone, another Indian seller is having the same problem.
Raise a case and Contact Amazon Seller Support in India.

I am seeing this message using my french address and only getting this far when trying to checkout one of your items (amazon .fr)

PS Just to add… Do check that your shipping settings are enabled for Europe. Also check your notifications and see if there are any VAT issues.

As Clearanceshed suggests, it could be related to VAT or other tax change in France or Germany but it seems odd that it is sellers located in India who seem to be uniquely affected. Alternatively it could be an Amazon issue relating to India. I suggest you keep up the pressure on Amazon to correct the problem or explain what is causing it if it is not Amazon’s fault. You might want to escalate your complaint to the top given that numerous sellers are affected and it’s costing you money.

i can see many sellers like us are from india having this issue, we also have same issue. but support is not correcting issue. rather then giving other solutions. as it must be a technical glitch.

Hi all,

Thank you for your posts on this topic.

I am going to close this thread in favour of an older one which seems to be similar. You can find it through this Link

I can confirm that the issue is being investigated. If I need any more details I will request it through the thread and I will post any updates to the thread also.

Thanks,
Jessica
