Amazon or it AI bot all of a sudden picks of some best selling products and issues a restricted products warning! We have 6 ASINs affected saying there is plastic in the products. We are 100% plastic free company and do not sell any products that has plastic in them as its against our own policies. All our products are home compostable and biodegradable on their own.

The products which has been put out on the warning are made from fallen plant leaf! there is no certificaiton for such products, its just common sense that the product is made from raw fallen leaf and nothing else. The EBC content of the listing has all the details on them, we have been telling this to the support both on the call and in writing but its all of no use and same standard emails outcome.

Just to add we also won Amazon small business of year specifically on selling these products, but again the system is so messed up to get something so easy to be resolved. If amazon is taking a note here, below are the affected ASIN

Its coming to a point where the work is far more than the business output!

We've recently sent our private label product to Amazon via Amazon FBA and all stock has been received at the distribution centers. We've started the listing and we don't have a "Buy Box", only a "See All Buying Options" box that lists us there.

On our inventory page we don't have a "Featured Offer" option to select an offer - it's just -- + -- . Here's a screenshot:

This is our product that'd been made by our company, of which we own the brand etc. I'm unsure why we can't sell our own product as the featured offer - as no one else will be selling it.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Can you tell us why our brand, "Farm Cottage Brands", has been rejected please ? We opened a support case id: 10247514262

They told us to register the Brand, but is rejected for violating brand policies. We have absolutely no idea why and can not find out, and do not know what to do about it. We cannot update the products on Amazon, which is terrible

We are the registered Brand owner in the UK and Europe.

Any help would be gratefully received.
