Michelle at Amazon here. Welcome to Amazon! It sounds like you must be new here. You may also be interested in our New Seller Group.

When you list your product on Amazon, you must have a GS1 registered UPC for your products. If your item does not have a UPC on it, you can request a UPC exemption, the information found for that is here. If you still have issues, please reach out to Seller Support and they will be able to take a look for you. Ensure that you provide them with all the information that you are trying to create your listing with, including a link to the manufacturers website.
