i was wondering if anyone could help me. im trying to find out how to apply for GTIN exemption. i had a link but takes me to an error. does anyone have a link that could take me to it

You do it as part of creating a listing now if I recall.

Have you found a solution for this as I am having the very same problem. GTIN exemption approved but its not allowing me to add any products using this process.
