Hello, What is the difference between VAT calculation reports and monthly summary/transaction reports. which one should we give our accountant for VAT calculation.

You need to use the Date Range Reports in your payments menu.
You will also need to give them the VAT invoices for Amazon payments etc.
Don’t forget that if you have used advertising, this is the only invoice that will actually have VAT on it.
The others will be via Reverse Charge.
