Do items need to be packaged for final delivery when sending to FBA?
Hi there,
We are planning to send some drinking bottles to FBA, and they come in boxes of 4. Each bottle is wrapped in paper with an individual barcode, and there is a different barcode on the outside of the box (for the 4 bottles). Would we need to box each bottle individually ready to be sent to the customer? Or does Amazon box them individually for despatch?

You'd need to remove or cover the outer box barcode - you may also need to consider additional protective packaging for the individual bottles. While amazon will generally put something like that in a box - will the paper wrapping offer enough protection? Could it come off meaning the barcode is lost so amazon can no longer identify the product?
